founding on July 22, 2010, it has been navigating the thermal
technology landscape under its "Race" banner.
Our vision is simple: to be a trusted partner in thermal solutions,
growing together with our customers. With deep industry know-how
and a skilled team, Race focuses on two things we do really well
— precision CNC machining and thermal interface materials.
On the CNC side, we cover the full process from turning and milling
to 5-axis machining, with surface finishing done in-house. On the
thermal materials side, we develop and produce thermal silicone pads, thermal grease, and thermal gel — a complete range for applications spanning new energy
vehicles, 5G communications, power modules, and consumer
electronics. With processing accuracy down to 0.002mm, our customers get parts that fit the first time, every time.
We operate three manufacturing sites in Dongguan, totaling 40,000 square
meters, with 398 employees. Our facilities are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, and fully integrated with MES and ERP systems — so quality is built into the process, not inspected in
afterwards.
Our team includes experienced engineers and business professionals,
backed by complete production lines and a dedicated quality
inspection team. This means we respond fast when customers hit
snags during R&D or production — and we fix them.
Internally, our production and marketing teams run independently
but work hand-in-hand,
which keeps our service both professional and timely. It is a
business-first structure designed around one principle: making it
easy for customers to work with us.
